Entegra Systems is seeking Special Operations Officers to support a client’s operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The positions require an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The positions require prior experience in supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.Primary responsibilities of the SOO position include:
- Manage a full range of operational and support activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact
- Ability to plan and organize independently, and exercise good operational judgment
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as ability to pose creative solutions to operational challenges
Required Qualifications:
Level 1 - Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of SOO-related experience may be substituted for education. Plus 1 or more years of SOO-related work experience.Education equivalency cannot count as part of this experience.
Level 2 - Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of SOO-related experience may be substituted for education. Plus 3 or more years of SOO-related work experience.Education equivalency cannot count as part of this experience. Desired qualification: Certification in basic tradecraft: Tradecraft Training 1 and Tradecraft Training 2 and Tradecraft Training 3 OR Tradecraft Certification Training OR Military Operations Familiarization Course (MOFC) OR Military Operations Training Course (MOTC).
