Comprehend Internet protocols, particularly Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, Hypertext Transfer Protocol, and Domain Name System. Conduct in-depth research and analysis using multiple open-source and proprietary tools and databases simultaneously to identify new avenues of mission accomplishment. Analyze and interpret metadata generated from multiple protocols and technologies and determine linkages between seemingly disparate communications to produce high-value analytical judgments. Author product reports, briefings, and other deliverables. Perform SIGINT research and analysis. Provide in-depth analysis focusing on the development of new exploitation capabilities against known and newly identified targets of interest. Analyze and integrate complex intelligence information from multiple sources for senior clients in a national intelligence agency. Must have experience with SIGINT and intelligence analysis, along with experience with DNI or TCP/IP protocols and the many software services that use them.

-BA or BS degree in a related field or Net+, Security+, CEH, or CCNA, or Convergence+ Certification in Geospatial Information Systems preferred
Shall have a minimum of four years experience and in-depth demonstrated experience in at least eight of the following 15 areas: current agency analytic tools and databases; producing technical reports; social network analysis; geospatial metadata analysis; target research; metadata analysis; target templating; telephony; SIGINT collection systems; researching network topologies; architectures and protocols; network operations; network mapping; network protocols; and, network exploitation of specific protocols and technologies.
